It has been a little over three years since I have been explanted. I have improved but at the same time, I have gained a few new symptoms.
I still have debilitating fatigue, Fibromyalgia flares, eye pain, shortness of breath, lung pain, weakness in my legs and arms, vertigo on a daily basis, hair loss, brain fog.
Because of all of this, I have not been able to return to work.
I decided to go see a specialist. One that would be familiar with the illness associated with breast implant related diseases. I decided to see Dr. Vasey and Dr. Weiss. Both doctors are located in Florida.
Dr. Vasey diagnosed me with silicone poisoning and raynaud's disease.
Dr. Weiss ordered tests for multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy and to check the size of a mass that was found next to my heart. I do not have proof at this time that the mass next to my heart is related to my breast implants.
Dr. Weiss diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy in all
extremities and he had also found spots on my lung x-ray. He believed this to be silicone. I was a bit skeptical about this since Dr. Blais did not find any break down of the outer silicone shell.
Dr. Vasey said that he believed that I would be ill for another 10 years or so until I was able to rid my body of all the toxins. Dr. Weiss could not give me a time frame but said that he believed it would be a very long time. He was doubtful that I'd work again but didn't know for sure.
My plan is to prove him wrong. So
for now, I have decided to take a break from the skeptical doctors. I'm
using an Ion Cleanse foot soak to rid my body
of toxins. I've also changed my diet slightly and I'm trying to eat
foods that they call energy foods.
